Dora went the extra mile to reassure me and to explain fully the process which was very new to me. She answered all questions, took the time to show me information relating to the process on the internet and to take before and after photos and send them to me. She was professional, thorough, friendly, approachable and best of all I love the result. I have waited until I have washed my hair a couple of times to test the result and it’s truly amazing and I hope it lasts. My bob stays in place despite night time hot flushes and blow drying takes 5 minutes instead of half an hour plus straightening and then still not being happy with it all day. I haven’t yet had to face the rain but I am hopeful and if it continues like this I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you Dora.  

Wow is all I can say about Emily, after a bad experience elsewhere it took me a long to walk back into a hair salon and trust someone again with my hair, from the consultation Emily knew exactly what I wanted and delivered, on the day of my appointment she talked me through step by step what she was going to do which put me at ease, I felt so relaxed with her doing my hair, she is amazing! Alison is one of the top stylist at Be My Guest , she has worked there for years and I have been going to the salon for my cut & style which have changed drastically over the years !  not to mention the salon changes/staff. Alison knows how my hair behaves & she has always consistently managed it and produced some lovely cuts and styles which I have asked her to. I trust Alison 100% with my hair , I have been in the salon with many pictures of hairstyles before , she listens to me , advises me and I usually end up saying , do what you think , because she is very creative and always makes my hair look good...always !
